(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 379, 430 of IPC, in Crime No.4060 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would vehemently oppose stating that the petitioner is having five previous cases and he had illegally transported four bags of sand.

3. In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
