This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to register a F.I.R. on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 16.11.2021 within a stipulated time as fixed by this court.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite repeated complaints, no action has been taken by the police. Such being the position, the 3rd respondent is directed to enquire the petition and proceed as per law either close the complaint or https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
register F.I.R. if cognizable offence is made out. With the said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Such enquiry to be completed within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
