This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2024. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she made representation before the respondents to issue patta for her property in Old Survey No.10, New Survey No.930/12, 13, 14 and 15, measuring an extent of 20 cents, situated at Devarayapuram Village, Pullagounder Pudur, Polur District. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2024 and pass 2/4

appropriate orders on merits for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
