ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the fourth respondent relating to the impugned order dated 14.10.2019 insofar as the petitioner herein is concerned, quash the same as illicit, improper, incompetent, arbitrary and ultra vires and consequently direct the fourth respondent Page No.2 of 5
herein to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Junior Engineer, Grade I, at the office of AE/O&M/Rural/Pennagram, Dharmapuri Electricity Distribution Circle, Dharmapuri District, by considering the representation dated 18.04.2020.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
