This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to alter the FIR in Crime No.637 of 2015 for the offences under Section 302 and 506(i) I.P.C.,
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in respect of an unnatural death of Arul Kumar, a case in Crime No.637 of 2015 under Section 174 Cr.P.C., has been registered and investigation is in progress. The Police have not yet received the Viscera report.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some injuries were found in the body of the deceased, raising a suspicion that it is a case of homicide.
