ORDER

Heard Mr.K.Mariappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Arulmozhimaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

2. Pursuant to the statutory notice dated 05.10.2018, the respondent herein viz., Mr.Saravanan, the Inspector of Police, Teevettipatti Police Station, Teevettipatti, Salem is personally present before this Court today.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court dated 30.08.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in FIR dated 13.03.2018.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Contempt petition stands closed.
