This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 315 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 11.01.2020 passed in Crl.M.P. No.1109/2020, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dharmapuri District.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents even though they have been served with notice and a counsel also entered appearance on their behalf. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
