ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2023 to remove the names of persons who have been wrongly entered in Patta No.1132 and 961 of Periyasemur B Village, Erode Taluk, Erode District.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was allotted 24 cents in patta No.1132 as per Partition deed dated 08.03.2005 and he also owned 1.59 acres in patta No.961. While so, two other names were wrongly entered in the revenue records along with the name of the petitioner in the Patta Nos.1132 and

961. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 09.02.2023. However, no action has been taken by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2023 and pass Orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
