ORDER

Seeking disposal of the representation dated 10.06.2014, in and by which the petitioner sought to remove the flex board, which has been put up unauthorisedly, the present writ petition has been filed.

Based on the counter affidavit filed by the fifth respondent, the learned counsel appearing for the Municipality submitted that the flex board has been removed and a vigil is kept to see that the same is not erected in future. 3.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
