The transfer petition is filed to withdraw the I.D.O.P.No.76 of 2020 from the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore and transfer the same before the learned Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. Since both the Courts are falling under the administrative control of the learned Principal District Judge at Coimbatore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the District Court for appropriate relief.

3. Accordingly, the transfer petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
