Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 2 to implement the order of the fourth Respondent in Application No.E/4924 of 2001 dated 23.12.2002 passed under the provisions of Tamil Nadu Industrial and Establishments (Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act, 1981 and consequently directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to absorb the Petitioner in the first Respondent Corporation as Permanent Employee based on the representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 25.04.2015 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 2 implement the order of the fourth Respondent in Application No.E/4924 of 2001 dated 23.12.2002 passed under the provisions of Tamil Nadu Industrial and Establishments (Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act, 1981 and consequently directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to absorb the Petitioner in the first Respondent Corporation as Permanent Employee based on the representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 25.04.2015 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondents dated 25.04.2015, the respondents have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction.
3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner herein and after conducting enquiry, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.In the result, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
