Appeals filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order 02.03.2017 made in W.P.Nos.1749 to 1751 of 2017. Prayer in W.P.Nos.1749 of 2017 : Petitioner filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent dated 4.11.2016 bearing Ref.
