ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.90 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 viz., the first petitioner after discharge from the hospital shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The second petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.90 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 is relaxed. Page No.2 of 4
