This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to register the case on the basis of the complaint in C.No.102/SDOB/P.E.14 dated 23.08.2014 on the file of the respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that petitioner's daughter-in-law is not returning some jewellery that were given by the petitioner at the time of marriage.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint given by the daughter-in-law, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.74 of 2015 and this complaint has been filed only as a counter blast.

5. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to register an F.I.R. on the complaint dated 23.08.2014 given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the petitioner. The respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.74 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
