O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to register the case based on the complaint in CSR.No.38 of 2012 dated 14.05.2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner had paid money to the opposite party based on an enjoyment certificate.

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, petition enquiry was conducted by the Inspector of Police, M7, Manali Pudunagar Police Station [4th respondent] in CSR.No.38 of 2012 and was closed in the year 2012.
