ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.1077 of 2020 from the file of the second respondent to any other investigating agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.1077 of 2020. As such the petitioner has no say for investigation in Crime No.1077 of 2020. He cannot pick and choose the investigating agency when he is arraigned as accused in Crime No.1077 of 2020. Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
