O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the fifth respondent and to cancel the recognition of the fifth respondent's Elementary School based on the representation made by the petitioner dated 04.06.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 had produced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1301/Aa4/2015 dated 14.03.2019, which is a show cause notice issued to the fifth respondent, pointing out the deficiencies in running the school. The learned counsel for the fifth respondent also acknowledged receipt of the said notice.

3. As the action is already taken based on the representation of the writ petitioner, the request of the writ petitioner is complied with. Therefore, no order is necessary in this writ petition.
