Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the Petitioner should surrender his passport before the ACMM, EO-I, Egmore, Chennai imposed by this Hon'ble Court in order dated 03.02.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.941 of 2019 para no.7(b) and direct the ACMM, EO-I, Egmore, Chennai to return the passport surrendered by the Petitioner in connection with the R.R.NO.44 of Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.PRADEEP RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The matter is listed today under the caption for being mentioned.

2.It is seen that there is a mistake in the prayer portion of the modification petition filed by the petitioner. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to file an amendment petition to correct the prayer.
