O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an F.I.R on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.07.2015 and CSR.No.978 of 2015, dated 07.07.2015 issued by the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.978 of 2015 before the respondent Police.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
