This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no 7(b) to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30am until further orders imposed in the order dated 25.05.2025 in Crl.op. no. 5062 of 2025. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no 7(b) to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30am until further orders dated 25.05.2025 in Crl.O.P. No. 5062 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, viz., on first and third Monday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
