Both the counsel represented before this Court that in the above suit the petitioners have been set ex-parte and ex-parte decree was passed against the petitioners on 06.01.2018. Hence, the petitioners are taking steps to file an application to set aside the ex-parte decree.

2. At this stage, the present Civil Revision Petition has now become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Civil Revision

Petition afresh, when the application filed by the petitioner to set aside the ex-parte order, is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. The Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the counsel for the petitioners after obtaining a copy of the same.
