Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam, Nagapattinam District in Crl.M.P.No.1635 of 2015 dated 15.7.2015 to the effect that the petitioners shall report before any Metropolitan Magistrate in Chennai city at any time for a period of 30 days instead of reporting before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m. for a period of 30 days.

O R D E R
The petitioner has come forward seeking modification of condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam, Nagapattinam District in Crl.M.P.No.1635 of 2015 dated 15.7.2015 to the effect that the petitioners shall report before any Metropolitan Magistrate in Chennai city at any time for a period of 30 days instead of reporting before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m. for a period of 30 days.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on completion of investigation, the respondent has filed charged sheet in this case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a physically challenged person and as the charge sheet has been filed in this case, the petitioner may be directed appear before the trial for all the hearings.
3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on all the hearings without fail.
