ORDER
With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner claims to be a Committee member, which organises the festival of Va.Chinnakuppam, Uthukadu Mariamman Koil Thiruvila at Va.Chinnakuppam, South Street, Periyakuppam Post, Ulunthurpettai Taluk, Villupuram District. He submitted a representation dated 30.6.2015 to the respondent praying for permission to conduct a cultural events in the temple, which includes song and dance programmes to be held on 22.7.2015. Since the petitioner has not been favoured with any response, he came forward before this Court with the present writ petition.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the event of permission granted by the respondent, there would not be any law and order problem and obscenity and vulgarity will not be there and prays for appropriate orders.

4. Heard the submissions of Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
5. This Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the representation dated 30.6.2015 made by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.6.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law on or before 20.7.2015 and the respondent shall also communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
6. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
