The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.5 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint itself was registered on 25.02.2019. 3.In view of the above, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
