Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue an appropriate direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to promote the petitioner as Superintendent in existing vacancies of the respondent Kallakurichi No.II Cooperative Sugar Mills Ltd., with service and monetary benefits. ORDER

Though a direction is sought for to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue an appropriate direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to promote the petitioner as Superintendent in existing vacancies in the Kallakurichi No.II Co-operative Sugar Mills, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, at the time of hearing of the writ petition, has submitted that the petitioner would be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

satisfied, if the revision petition dated 05.12.2014 pending before the second respondent under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, is disposed of within a stipulated period, in the light of the judgment of this Court reported in (2015) 1 MLJ 410 [C.Dharuman and others Vs. Government of Tamil Nadu] as well as in the light of G.O.Ms.No.95, Education Department, dated 05.05.2015,

In view of the same, a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the revision petition dated 05.12.2014, preferred by the petitioner under Section 153 of the Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, in the light of the judgment of this Court reported in (2015) 1 MLJ 410 [C.Dharuman and others Vs. Government of Tamil Nadu] as well as in the light of G.O.Ms.No.95, Education Department, dated 05.05.2015, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
