ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.05.2020, investigate the same and to file final report in accordance with law, the petitioner is before this Court with this Criminal Original Petition. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 05.05.2020, the petitioner was issued with C.S.R.No.222 of 2020. Enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and the same was closed on 06.05.2020.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, the direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be issued to the respondent Police. Further, the respondent Police is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioner. On receipt of the same the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court concerned to file private complaint, in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is 2/4

disposed of.
