ORDER

Pursuant to the order dated 06.10.2025, the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore has forwarded a report of the learned IV Additional Sub Judge Coimbatore to the Hon'ble Registrar General of this Court. I find 1/4

from the said report dated 26.09.2025 that E.P.No.76 of 2010 has been terminated even as early as on 09.01.2023 and it is only an Interlocutory application filed at the instance of Judgment Debtors to take delivery of movable articles that was filed to entertain the Executing Court after termination of the Execution Petition.

2. In the light of the above, I find force in the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents and nothing survives for consideration in the Revision Petition at this stage since Execution petition itself has been terminated.

3. Recording the report of the learned IV Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
