This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that this petitioner had purchased a property on 13.09.2012 measuring 2.42cents and that, in the year 2015, when he approached the Village Administrative Officer, he was told by the Village Administrative Officer that 0.60cents of land is there, in the name of the petitioner.
