With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to conduct survey the land properties of the petitioner based on Chelan No.20240321011223 dated 21.03.20224 and consequently direct the respondent to issue a survey certificate in favour of the petitioner.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given applications dated 26.04.2022 and 28.07.2023 to survey his land and fix the boundaries, the respondents have not taken any action to survey his land. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 21.03.2024 to survey the land properties of the petitioner and for issuance of survey certificate in favour of the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
