Sub Application (OS) No.275 of 2022 in Contempt Petition No.1179 of 2020 M.S.RAMESH,J.

Since the Contempt Petition has already been closed on 27.08.2021 and the Contempt Petition has now been listed only for the purpose of recording compliance of the earlier order passed by this Court, the present Sub Application to implead the petitioner cannot be maintained.

Hence, the Sub Application stands closed.
