in Crime No.38 of 2017 and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.39 of 2018, on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, and it is pending for trial and hence, this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
