ORDER

The wife has come before this Court seeking to transfer the divorce petition H.M.O.P.No.678 of 2013 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore by the respondent-husband to the file of Sub-Court, Namakkal.

Heard both the parties. It is seen that the petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of Namakkal. She has filed M.C.No.17 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal. The respondent is residing in salem and H.M.O.P.No.678 of 2013 is pending before the Family Court, Coimbatore.

This Court transfers both the above matters to the file of Family Court Erode for convenience of both the parties. Both the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Erode for joint trial. The Family Court, Erode is directed to decide both the matters by a common judgement at the earliest. Accordingly the transfer petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently the connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
