This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner had executed a Power of Attorney to the opposite party, way back in the year 2005, authorising the opposite party to deal with the property including to sell the property. The opposite party had sold the property, on the strength of the Power of Attorney to his wife. Now, the value of the property has escalated. The petitioner is alleging that the opposite party has exceeded the power given by him. The dispute is civil in nature.
