Mr.R.Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the borne of contention between the parties in the E.P.No.170 of 2010 itself has been settled and the petitioner has recognized the respondent as the owner of the property and is paying rent to the Hereditary Trustee. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition itself becomes infructuous.

2. Recording the said statement the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.
