W.M.P.No. 13173 of 2025 seeking to dispense with the production of the original impugned order stands ordered as prayed for.

2. W.M.P.No. 13172 of 2025 has been filed seeking to amend the prayer since the petition seeking appointment of compassionate grounds had been rejected by the Zonal Officer, Zone 8, Greater Chennai Corporation, Chennai/third respondent.

3. In view of the same, W.M.P.No. 13172 of 2025 stands allowed and necessary amendment may be carried out as stated in the petition by the Registry.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents stated that the third respondent has now been requested to reconsider the rejection. A status report may be filed.
