This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, the involvement of the petitioner's son in Crime No.516 of 2015 is strongly suspected and therefore, the police have called this petitioner for enquiry, in order to find out the whereabouts of his son.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of not to harass cannot be granted and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry. During enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
