Men's hostel by fixing enhanced mess rate.

PRAYER in W.P.No.13115 of 2018: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings No.Nil, dated 23.05.2018 and quash the same.
