ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph 7(b) that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, Page No.1 of 4

every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" by this Court vide order dated 05.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.5851 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5851 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025 is relaxed.
