ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint made by the petitioner on 03.08.2015 and to investigate the same and to file a final report expeditiously. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint by post to the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the complaint dated 03.08.2015 given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
