This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willfully disobeyed the order of this Court, dated 12.09.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.17206 of 2017.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the charge sheet has been laid on the petitioner's complaint and taken on file in C.C.No.8 of 2019.
