The Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2022 on merits within the time limit fixed by this court.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, this court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2022 for revocation of the suspension and pass orders as early as possible on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stand disposed of. No costs.
