ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6394 of Page No.1 of 4

2025 dated 07.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6394 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, twice a week, i.e., on the Tuesday and Saturday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
