The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed a petition in W.P.No.12397 of 2025 before this Court, 1/3

seeking direction to direct the respondent to issue a fresh death certificate of the petitioner's mother Selvi bearing No.D56924474387032501/2024, dated 12.02.2024 by making the necessary correction and replace the column in husband as Raju instead of Natarajan, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2025. However, in the said petition, the respondent was erroneously mentioned as 'The Chennai Corporate Commissioner' instead of 'The Chennai Corporation Commissioner' and the same is also reflected in the uploaded order copy dated 07.04.2025. He further submitted that there is also a typographical error in Paragraph No.4 of the said order dated 07.04.2025, wherein the name of the husband of the Selvi is mentioned as 'Raj' instead of 'Raju', therefore, prays to change the aforesaid corrections in the order dated 07.04.2025 in W.P.No.12397 of 2025.

In view of the above, Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections in the said order dated 07.04.2025 wherever necessary and then upload the corrected order.
