This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 29.03.2019 passed in D.V.C.No.26/2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sirkazhi confirmed by the order dated 21.01.2021 passed in C.A.No.27/2019 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court,
2. The matter is arising out of Domestic Violence Act. During the pendency of the Revision Case, this matter was referred to Mediation Centre vide order of this Court dated 23.08.2022 and the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediator and in this regard, Mediation Report dated 27.10.2022 has also been filed along with settlement of agreement filed by the petitioners and the respondent. Both the parties were arrived at an agreement of settlement. Agreement of settlement is recorded. 2/4
3. In view of the agreement of settlement entered into between the parties, order dated 29.03.2019 passed in D.V.C.No.26/2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sirkazhi is set aside. Accordingly, this Revision Petition is ordered in terms of agreement of settlement entered into between the parties. Agreement of settlement shall form part and parcel of this order.
