This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, B1 North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5892 of 2023 dated 20.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 7.30 p.m., until further orders.
