On a perusal of complaint, it reveals that the petitioner lodged the complaint before the first respondent, but the cause of action as well as the parties involved fall within the jurisdiction of the Inspector of Police, Thirunavalur Police Station, Kallakurichi District. Therefore, no direction can be issued to the second respondent to provide any Police protection and this petition is liable to be dismissed.
