ORDER
The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.06.2020 for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii)(c), 25, 27A, 29(1) of NDPS Act 1985 in Crime No.28 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 22 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) vehemently objects to release the petitioner on bail. In this case, the petitioner seized 33 kgs of Ganja. The charge sheet already filed and pending on the file of the learned Principal and Spl. Sessions Judge NDPS Court, Chennai.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this is not a fit case for grant of bail.
