Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.5078/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4211/2021 dated 23.04.2021, that the Petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.T.ANBU KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S C.E. PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5078 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4211 of 2021 dated 23.04.2021 passed by this Court.

2. This Court, vide order dated 23.04.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet, thereafter before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
