CRIME NO.717 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused that "The petitioner/accused shall appear before the trial Court, i.e, XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai daily at 10.30 AM on all working days until further orders" in Crl.OP.No.1114 of 2021 order dated 05.03.2021 in Cr.No.717 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.HUSSAINI BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1114 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 380 of IPC, in Crime No.717 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 11.03.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the prevailing Covid-19 Pandemic situation, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
