The petitioner is the husband. The respondent is the wife. The respondent wife filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.43 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee, for dissolution of marriage.

While so, the petitioner husband who is employed at Dubai, has filed this petition to transfer H.M.O.P.No.43 of 2013 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee to the file of Sub Court, Pudukottai. I do not find any reason to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the transfer CMP is dismissed. No costs.
